What you bring
One person who looks after the application and is comfortable working with new tools. That could be the owner, the next generation in a family business, or someone from office management. Nobody needs to program; today's AI tools take over most of the implementation. Your part is to describe changes and check the result. You do that yourself in the project from the start, and I am there with you.

- Sign-offYou carry out a complete change on your own, from description to release. Only then is the project considered complete.
- Everyday useYou handle almost all changes yourself. For the rest there is an optional support allowance.
Code may break. Data never.
Anyone making changes makes mistakes. So I set up the environment in a way that mistakes have no lasting consequences: the code sits in a protected repository, every change passes checks and an approval before going live, and every earlier state can be restored. Your data is backed up independently of all that.
The handover includes a structured knowledge base about your application. It describes what the application does and why it was built that way. Your AI assistant draws on it for every change.
ai-learn
Between our sessions you continue on your own. For that I use ai-learn, one of my open-source projects. Inside your AI environment the plugin explains your own application on request and gives structure to the work until the next session.
Why not a no-code platform?
Because there you rent. An enablement project produces real code on your own accounts. There is no vendor lock-in and no per-user subscription, and the application can be adapted as far as you need.
Your current IT provider stays, by the way. Whoever looks after Microsoft 365, servers and domains today keeps doing so; the new application lives alongside.

The fixed price covers a clearly defined starting scope of two to three working days. Most of it pays for enabling you; the application is one part. All prices plus statutory VAT.
Do I need to be able to program?
No. You should be open to new tools and set aside regular time for them. The AI assistant writes the code.
What if I get stuck later?
Then get in touch. Thanks to the guardrails nothing is lost, and a support allowance covers such cases from the outset.
Which accounts do I need?
We settle that in the initial call. They all run in your name; I get access for the duration of the project.
Does this work with an existing application?
Yes. I migrate it to the new way of working, provided it is the kind of application I take on. We will see in the initial call.
